What up boys. Looking like we are getting the pack pack for another sept. fishing debauchery. At least some of us. This round will be in Colorado. My Itinerary is flying in to denver at 2pm on Thursday, sept 12. and leaving Sunday sept. 15 at 9pm. looks like Dano "chum hole" is leaving Monday sept. 16. Jake "hammer" is still figuring it out. I "night poops" needed to leave sunday if I wanted to stay married.
So questions for Johnny "pickles" V. are
1. Where are we going? The dream stream looks sweet but is extremely technical. Very similar to Slough creek. Do we want to go to some smaller mountain streams where the fishing will be easier but the fish will be smaller. The sooner we pick a place I can do some research on the hatches and get us some flies.
2. Can you supply us with the tents we are going to need? If it is just pickles, hammer, chum hole, and myself one big tent should do. But Occi "double long island' may be joining us as well.
3. Do you have transportation for us like a big van?
4. What's for dinner? remember, we will have to set a meat perimeter!
Alas Brownie "rampage" and Carlos "the harvester" will not be able to come this so we will have to catch and drink for two more.

Hammer here, only question I have is my flight leaves at 4 on Sunday, not sure how far the airport is but probably would need to get there by 2ish, so I am not sure when we would have to be on the road by on Sunday, then Pickles would have to entertain Night Poops and Chum Hole for several hours since they have later flights. Only other alternative is I leave Monday.
ReplyDeleteAlternatively, the Wolfpack leaves me in the Frying Pan until sometime in mid-October until it gets really cold. This would require you leaving me 15 36 packs of Coors Light, an Ice Maker, and 60 boxes of Ellios Pizza. For those of you that haven't heard, I was laid off two months ago, so I don't give a shit when I get back since I probably wont have a job by then either.
Cant wait to hammer some beers and fish with all you N's....
